We combine these with our passion in order to create a special holiday experience. Our passion is viticulture, the harmony with nature, and of course our Gewürztraminer. Building on our family tradition as hosts of the Restaurant Plattenhof, we have taken these new components and opened a hotel in Termeno/Tramin in 2018 – surrounded by vineyards, with a unique connection to the surrounding area and the topic of wine. An accommodation that unites our passions and is full of warmth. A palace of well-being for the most indulgent way of spending a holiday in South Tyrol’s south.

What awaits you in the luxurious and modern Hotel Plattenhof and during your holiday in South Tyrol’s south? The location amidst vineyards in unique, just as unique as the view on Lake Caldaro. Each room offers this view because we want every guest to experience it! When we designed the hotel, we have gathered inspiration from the surrounding area and the topic of wine: the three floors of our hotel in South Tyrol’s south are emblematic of the grapevine. The ground floor with reception, bar, and dining room stands for the roots and the wine and is decorated in warm earth tones. The first floor stands for the grapes of our Gewürztraminer. And for the top floor, the leaves of the grapevine served as inspiration for the colour and room design.

A perfect holiday in South Tyrol’s south naturally also includes wellness in Termeno/Tramin and indulgence, two topics that we pay a lot of attention to in our hotel. For 400 years, we have been growing the grapes for our Gewürztraminer at our winery, pampering the palates of people from near and far with our queen of whit e wines. At our Restaurant Plattenhof, we have been welcoming guests for more than 200 years. It is now time for a new tradition to start – the Hotel Plattenhof, which was opened in 2018 and is located in the middle of our winery, close to the Restaurant Plattenhof in Sella/Söll near Termeno/Tramin. We, the Dissertori family, want to continue the tradition of hospitality here in our hotel in South Tyrol’s south and combine it with something completely new.
